Set up your organisation, branding and numbering

Before you run your first project, spend a few minutes making Panzo yours: your company details, your brand on the documents clients see, and the record numbers that appear on every quote and invoice. This is a one-time setup, done from Control Panel.

Your organisation profile

Control Panel is where an organisation shapes Panzo to itself. Start with your company details, the name and information that identify your firm across the workspace and on the documents you issue. While you are here, set your company holidays too: the Holidays list defines non-working dates that feed due-date maths and the shading on the project timeline, with a one-click quick-fill for Indian national and state public holidays plus festival packs.

Branding on your documents

Panzo lets your firm show its own brand rather than Panzo's. There are two parts, and it helps to know which is free and which is a paid add-on.

• Brand colour. Pick your primary brand colour and the whole app re-themes to it: buttons, links, active states, highlights and focus rings. Status colours for success, warning and error stay fixed so they always read the same.
• Company logo on documents. Upload your logo and it brands your quotations and documents, with a live letterhead preview and controls for size and fit. This is free for every workspace.

1. Open Branding

   Go to Control Panel and open Branding.

2. Set your brand colour

   Pick a colour, type a hex value or choose a preset, watch the live preview, then save. You can reset to the default at any time.

3. Upload and size your logo

   Choose your logo file and upload it, then set its size and whether it resizes to fit or crops to fill on documents, using the letterhead preview to confirm.

How your records are numbered

Every record in Leads, Deals, Customers, Projects and Quotes carries a single all-numeric reference. It is built to be printed on a quote and read back over the phone: no letters, no hyphens, and no 36-character code to copy. The number is made of three fixed parts.

The reference is self-describing: from the number alone you can tell which organisation, which module and which record it points to, so a number on a quotation is enough for your team to find the record. Serials are per module and never run out, and old links keep working, so nothing breaks as you grow. There is nothing to configure here: the numbering is applied automatically the first time you use each module. Aftercare service invoices carry their own SVC numbering series so service billing stays separate from project billing.
