What Panzo is, and what it is not

The operating layer under your interior or fit-out firm: people, projects, processes and payments. Panzo does not design or render.

Panzo is the operating layer underneath an interior or fit-out firm. It runs the people, projects, processes and payments around your work, from the first enquiry to aftercare, so you and your team spend time on the build and not on chasing updates, quotes and money.

The operating layer, not a design tool

Most Indian interior and fit-out firms run on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and memory. That works until projects multiply, then follow-ups slip, quote revisions get confused and cash surprises you at month-end. Panzo replaces that scatter with one connected system, built for how these firms actually work: rupees, GST, the financial year from April to March, and WhatsApp as the way you reach clients.

The promise is simple: you build, Panzo runs the ops. Panzo covers the four things every firm has to run alongside the design work:

  • People — your team with role-based access, your clients with a portal and share links, and your vendors on purchase orders.
  • Projects — delivery from kickoff to handover, with a task board, timeline, daily site updates and snagging.
  • Processes — quoting, approvals, procurement and aftercare running on one spine instead of in separate tools.
  • Payments — milestone billing with correct GST, collections, and a live project-wise view of what is owed and what is owing.

One connected pipeline

The heart of Panzo is a single pipeline that carries an enquiry all the way through to service after handover. Because every stage lives in the same system, work never gets re-entered as it moves from sales to delivery to finance, and nothing loses its history.

StageWhat happens here
LeadsCapture an enquiry and record where it came from.
DealsKeep the negotiation record: value, milestones and status.
QuotesTurn a room-wise BOQ into a priced, versioned, approved quote.
ProjectsDeliver the work: tasks, timeline, site updates and procurement.
HandoverClose cleanly with QC, snag closure, sign-off and a completion certificate.
AftercareService tickets, warranty and AMC turn a finished project into repeat business.

Sitting on top of quoting is Panzo AI, an assistant that drafts, reviews and explains quotations. It prices from your own products and price books, so it works from your real rates rather than a guess.

What Panzo is not

Being clear about the edges matters as much as the features. Panzo is honest about what it does and does not do.

  • Panzo does not design or render. It is not CAD and it does not generate images or 3D visuals. You design in your own tools; Panzo runs everything around the design.
  • Panzo AI is a quotation assistant, not a chatbot. It helps with quotes only. There is no general co-pilot over your whole workspace.
  • Panzo is not your accounting package. It gives you correct GST computation and a project-dimensioned P&L, but it does not replace your books or a full tax filing suite.

Tip

Where to start

The fastest way to see the shape of Panzo is to walk one enquiry through the whole pipeline. Set up your organisation first, then follow your first project end to end.

Key takeaways

  • Panzo is the operating layer under your firm: people, projects, processes and payments.
  • One connected pipeline runs from leads to aftercare, with no re-entry between stages.
  • Panzo AI drafts, reviews and explains quotes, grounded in your own price books.
  • Panzo does not design or render, and Panzo AI is not a general chatbot.
