Panzo
Getting started

Your first project, end to end

Walk one enquiry through the connected pipeline: lead to deal to quote to project to handover.

Follow a single enquiry all the way through Panzo, from the first phone call to a closed, signed-off project. This walkthrough shows how the pipeline stays connected, so nothing is re-typed and nothing falls through the gaps.

One connected pipeline

Panzo runs on a single spine: lead → deal → quote → project → handover, with aftercare waiting on the far side. Because these are linked objects and not separate spreadsheets, a customer, their commercials and their site work all trace back to the same record. Keeping three distinct objects, the lead, the deal and the project, preserves the negotiation history instead of collapsing an enquiry straight into a job.

  • The lead holds the enquiry and the early follow-ups.
  • The deal holds the requirement, the commercials and the approvals.
  • The quote prices the work, room by room, and gets signed off.
  • The project delivers it on site, then closes at handover.

Walk one enquiry through

  1. Capture the enquiry as a lead

Log the enquiry with the fields an Indian sales team actually uses: city, project location, work-start timeline, language and secondary phone. From the lead header you can call, WhatsApp or email in one tap, and set a follow-up date that turns amber when due and red when overdue.
  2. Convert the lead to a deal

When the enquiry is real, one click converts it to a deal and hands presales over to sales. The deal carries the requirement, the area in sqft, the probability and the value, and moves through your own stages. Discounts above your set limit route for approval before a quote can go out.
  3. Build a BOQ and generate a quote

Price the work as a room-wise, work-type BOQ using your price books, then generate a customer-facing quotation from it. Quotes support revisions you can compare, and the customer view renders from a sanitized version that refuses to show any cost, margin or vendor data. Attach the quote to the deal and mark one as the baseline.
  4. Win the deal and start the project

When the deal is Won, the contracted value flows into payment milestones so collections start from a real figure, and the work becomes a project. In the project you plan phases and tasks on a live timeline with dependencies, a Today marker, and progress fills, all scheduled against your company holiday calendar.
  5. Run the site day to day

Site staff log daily work from their phones: progress, hours, photos and a site update covering manpower by trade, materials and blockers. Each update fans out to task progress, the project health bar and a timesheet in one action, and the Daily Progress Report consolidates it into a print-ready document. A snag list tracks open and critical defects.
  6. Close out at handover

Handover moves the project through real gates: ticking that the client has signed off requires an actual sign-off document, and critical snags surface first. When it is done, Panzo produces a branded completion certificate with a per-item warranty table, and the closed project is locked with a full audit trail.

Tip

Warranty carries into aftercare

The warranty table on the handover pack is not just paperwork. It seeds aftercare, so once you activate the installed assets, service tickets and AMC entitlements pick up where the project left off, turning a finished job into repeat business.

What stays connected

The point of the pipeline is that data entered once follows the work forward. This is what moves along the spine as the enquiry progresses.

StageWhat carries forward
Lead to dealCustomer, contact details and enquiry context, handed from presales to sales
Deal to quoteThe requirement and the deal it prices, with the baseline quote marked
Quote to projectThe won value becomes payment milestones; the scope becomes the plan
Project to handoverSnags, progress and evidence gate the sign-off and certificate
Handover to aftercareThe warranty summary seeds asset activation and AMC

Note

On invoices and PDFs

Billing in Finance produces correct GST computation with the CGST, SGST and IGST split and a GSTR-1-style filing register. Quotes and the completion certificate can be printed or saved to PDF from the browser. Automated emailing of invoices and quotes is not available yet.

  • Winning a deal turns its value into payment milestones and its scope into a project plan.
  • Daily site logging updates task progress, the health bar and timesheets in a single action.
