Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.
Last updated: 24 July 2026
The short version
We collect the minimum we need to run Panzo and to talk to you about it. Your business data, your projects, clients, rates, and margins , belongs to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Who we are
Panzo (“we”, “us”) provides software for interior businesses. This policy covers ThePanzo.com and the Panzo application. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@thepanzo.com.
What we collect
- Details you give us. When you request a demo or write to us: your name, business name, email, phone, team size, and anything you choose to tell us.
- Business data you put into Panzo. Leads, surveys, BOQs, quotations, projects, purchase orders, invoices, and the contact details of your own clients and vendors.
- Basic technical information. Standard server logs needed to keep the service running and secure.
The Panzo mobile app
The Panzo Android app is a tool for your team, and you sign in with an account we provide. In addition to the data above, the app may use the following on your device, always for the feature you are using, and never for advertising:
- Account & profile. Your name, email, and role, used to sign you in and show your workspace.
- Camera & photos. When you choose to add a photo to a task, snag, or service ticket, the app asks for camera or photo-library access and uploads the image you pick to your workspace. It does not browse or collect any other photos.
- Notifications. With your permission, the app registers a push token so we can notify you about tasks and service tickets assigned to you.
The app does not collect your location, and it contains no advertising or third-party analytics or tracking. All data is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Your clients' information
When you store your customers' or vendors' details in Panzo, you decide what goes in and why; we process it on your behalf and on your instructions. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it.
How we use it
- To provide, support, and improve Panzo.
- To respond to your demo request and questions.
- To keep the service secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who else can see it
We use established service providers to host and run Panzo, for example cloud hosting and email delivery. They may process data only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your business data for as long as your account is active. If you leave, you can export your data, and we will delete it within a reasonable period unless we are required to retain it by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@thepanzo.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are outside India
Panzo is built and run from India, and your data is processed there and by our cloud providers. We serve interior businesses in other countries, and we honour requests to access, correct, or delete personal information wherever you are based, including from the UK and the EU. If your own regulator or client requires specific commitments from us in writing, ask and we will work through them with you.
Cookies
This website uses only what it needs to function. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and ask for consent where it is required.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you directly.
