Terms of Service
The ground rules for using Panzo — written to be read, not to hide things.
Last updated: 16 July 2026
Agreement
These terms apply when you use Panzo. By using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Your account
- Keep your login details secure and don't share them.
- You are responsible for what the people you invite do in your workspace.
- Tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused.
Your data stays yours
You keep all rights to the data you put into Panzo. You give us permission to host and process it only so that we can provide the service to you. You can export your data.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Use Panzo to break the law or infringe someone's rights.
- Upload anything malicious, or try to breach or overload the service.
- Resell or copy the service without our written agreement.
Fees
Paid plans are quoted to you before you commit. Fees, billing cycle, and any taxes will be set out in your order or quotation, and we will not change them mid-term without telling you.
Availability
We work to keep Panzo available and to give notice before planned maintenance. Where we have committed to a specific service level in your order, that commitment applies.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Panzo at any time, subject to any term you have committed to. We may suspend an account for serious misuse or non-payment, and we will tell you why. On termination you can export your data before we delete it.
Liability
Panzo is a tool to help you run your business; it does not replace your own commercial judgement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. The specific limits that apply are set out in your order.
