White-label branding and document numbering

Apply your own branding across the workspace and control the numbering series for each document type.

Make the workspace feel like your firm, not ours. Set your brand colour and logo, decide when your own mark takes over the app, and understand the numbering that rides on every lead, deal, customer, project and quote.

Your brand colour and logo

In Control Panel, under Branding, you set a single primary brand colour and the whole app re-themes to it: buttons, links, active states, highlights and focus rings all follow. Status colours (success, warning, error) stay fixed so a red still reads as a problem. Pick a colour, type a hex value or choose a preset, watch the live preview, and save. Everyone in the workspace picks up the change on their next load.

The same page holds your company logo, which brands your customer documents such as the quotation letterhead. Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG under 512 KB, then choose how it sits on documents: a size (Small, Medium or Large) and a fit (Resize to keep the whole logo, or Crop to fill the box). A live letterhead preview shows exactly what will print, so what you see is what your customer sees.

White-label: when your mark takes over the app

Uploading a logo brands your documents for free. Replacing the Panzo mark in the app header itself is a separate, paid white-labeladd-on. By default every workspace shows the Panzo icon next to your company name; with white-label on, your uploaded logo takes over the in-app identity too.

Note

White-label is switched on by Panzo

White-label is a vendor-granted switch, not self-serve. Your own admin cannot turn it on; Panzo enables it for your organisation when you take the add-on. Your logo keeps branding documents for free regardless. See Pricing for how the add-on is offered.

Document and record numbering

Every record in Leads, Deals, Customers, Projects and Quotes carries a single, all-numeric reference that appears in its web address. The reference is self-describing: it is built from your organisation code, a fixed module code and a per-module serial in creation order, so the number alone tells you which record it is. It is safe to print on a quotation and easy to read back over the phone, with no letters or hyphens to spell out.

PartWhat it is
Organisation codeAn 8-digit code unique to your workspace, generated automatically.
Module codeA fixed code per module: Leads, Deals, Customers, Projects, Quotes.
SerialThe record's own number in creation order, first customer is 1, and it can grow past five digits.

There is nothing to configure. Old links keep working too: a record opens from its full reference, from the short serial, or from any original link ever shared, and a wrong or mismatched reference simply shows "not found" rather than the wrong record.

Document-type prefixes such as INV, PO, QT and service SVC numbers are issued by their own modules as you raise those documents, so a purchase order and a service invoice each carry a clear, consistent number of their own.

Set it up

  1. Open Control Panel

Go to Control Panel, then Branding.
  2. Set your colour

Pick a brand colour or enter a hex value, check the preview and save.
  3. Upload your logo

Add your logo, then choose its size and fit for documents and save.
  4. Take white-label if you want the app header too

Ask Panzo to enable the white-label add-on so your mark replaces the Panzo icon in the app.

Key takeaways

  • One brand colour re-themes the whole app; status colours stay fixed.
  • Your logo brands documents for free; replacing the in-app Panzo mark is the paid white-label add-on that Panzo switches on.
  • Every lead, deal, customer, project and quote gets a self-describing, all-numeric reference with nothing to configure.
