What Panzo AI is not

Panzo AI does three quotation jobs well and stays out of everything else. This guide is deliberately about the boundaries, so you know exactly what you are getting and are never surprised by what it does not do.

Not a general chatbot or co-pilot

Panzo AI is a quotation and BOQ assistant built into the quote screen. It drafts, reviews and explains quotes, and nothing more. There is no general chatbot, no co-pilot answering questions across your workspace, and no assistant that reads your whole database.

In particular, there is no AI that searches or reasons over all your leads, deals, projects and finance records. That kind of retrieval over your workspace, sometimes called RAG, is not built. If you have seen it elsewhere, do not expect it here. We would rather ship a narrow tool you can trust than a broad one you cannot.

It does not design or render

Panzo AI does not design rooms, produce drawings, or render 3D views. Design work stays with your team and your own design tools. Panzo runs the operations around the design, from the estimate through execution and aftercare, but it does not do the creative or visualisation work itself.

Process-flow automation is rules-based, not AI

Panzo has a process-flow engine that governs how records move between stages. It is easy to assume that is AI. It is not. It is a rules-based engine: you define stages and the actions that move a record along, and the server enforces those rules. There is no model deciding what happens to your records.
