Panzo AI is a quotation assistant built into the quote screen your estimators already use. It does exactly three jobs: it drafts a first cut, it reviews what you have built, and it explains a BOQ in plain language for your client. That is the whole scope, and it is deliberate.
The three actions
Everything Panzo AI does maps to one of three actions. Each one sits inside the quotation, works on your own data, and leaves you in control of every number.
| Action | What it does | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | Turns a plain brief into a first-cut, room-wise BOQ using your own products. | The estimator starting a fresh quote. |
| Review | Reads the whole quote and flags thin margins, missing scope and risky discounts as advisory findings. | The estimator or manager sanity-checking before it goes out. |
| Explain | Writes a warm, plain-language summary of what the project includes, for the client. | The client reading the quote, in Indian English. |
How each one behaves
Draft reads your brief into structure, the rooms, the grade tier and the notes. The line items themselves are chosen from your own price book, not written by the model, so no rate or SKU is invented. See Drafting a quote from your own price books for exactly how that works.
Review computes every margin deterministically first, then asks the model to point out what looks thin, below cost or missing. It never changes a number and it never blocks the quote. A run can only add information.
Explain turns the BOQ into a short "what your project includes" summary for the client, with the total shown once in INR. It does not invent per-line prices.

What Panzo AI is not
Panzo AI is not a chatbot and not a general co-pilot. There is no assistant answering free-form questions across your workspace, and nothing reading your whole database. It does three quotation jobs well and stays out of everything else.
It also does not design rooms, produce drawings or render 3D views. Design work stays with your team and your own tools. Separately, the automation that moves records between stages in Panzo is rules based, not AI, so do not confuse the two.
Key takeaways
- Panzo AI has exactly three actions: Draft, Review, Explain.
- It works inside the quotation, on your own data, and never overwrites your numbers.
- It is a quotation assistant, not a chatbot, co-pilot or renderer.
