Panzo AI is built so that an AI run can save your team time without ever putting your prices or your client data at risk. This guide explains how it stays grounded in your own price book, how personal details are protected, and how usage is metered.
Grounded in your own products and price books
When Panzo AI drafts a quote, the model does one narrow job: it reads your brief into structure, the rooms, the grade tier and the notes. It does not choose prices. The actual line items are selected deterministically from your organisation's own products and price books, filtered by grade tier and a fixed work-type map.
Because the pricing is deterministic and comes from your catalogue, Panzo AI never invents a SKU or a rate. Its worst case is picking the wrong rooms, which is visible on screen and easy to fix, not a hallucinated price buried in a total. Every rupee traces back to a figure you set.
Panzo AI
No invented numbers
Privacy: PII redacted before the model
Panzo AI uses a third-party language model to structure your brief. Before any brief reaches that model, emails and phone numbers are redacted. The provider only ever sees what it needs to understand the rooms and the scope, not your client's contact details. This keeps the data shared minimal, in line with India's DPDP thinking.
How usage is metered
Panzo AI is counted as monthly AI actions per organisation. Each draft, review and explain is one action. When you need more than your monthly allowance, you buy top-ups.
You are charged on success only. If a run does not produce a useful result, for example a provider error, it costs nothing.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What counts as one action? | A single draft, review or explain run. |
| When am I charged? | On success only. Failed or errored runs are free. |
| What if I run out? | Buy top-ups on top of your monthly allowance. |
| Is the meter per user? | No. AI actions are counted per organisation. |
Getting grounded results
Keep your price books current
Panzo AI can only price from what is in your catalogue. A well-maintained, versioned price book gives the cleanest first-cut quotes.Write a clear brief
State the rooms, the grade tier and any notes plainly. The model reads this into structure, so clarity here means fewer rooms to correct after.Review before it goes out
Check the drafted quote against your intent, then approve it yourself. The numbers are yours, so the sign-off is yours too.
