Pulse is a light layer of rewards over the work your team already does. People earn coins for real progress, build daily streaks, climb named levels, unlock badges and compete in challenges, then redeem coins from a catalogue you control. It exists to keep the whole team actually using Panzo.
How coins are earned
Coins are awarded automatically as work moves forward. Advancing and closing work pays more than opening it, so the board tracks progress and not busywork, and awards are credited to the person who did the work rather than whoever clicked the button. Every award is anti-gaming gated: a given step pays once, and repeatable events are capped per day, so toggling a record back and forth earns nothing.
| Doing this | Earns coins |
|---|---|
| Clocking in each day | A login coin, with a bonus for 7 and 30-day streaks |
| Advancing or converting a lead | More than opening it |
| Marking a deal Won | A larger reward for the close |
| Completing a task or filing a daily site report (DPR) | Coins for delivery work |
| Writing a substantial note | A small, daily-capped bonus |

Earning today is broadest for sales and delivery
Streaks, levels, badges and challenges
On top of the daily coin drip sit three longer arcs. Levels are named tiers derived from your lifetime coins, shown on your Pulse wallet. Badges are one-off milestones such as First Project, a 50-task finisher, Deal Closer, a 14-day streak or Top of the Month, and each badge pays a bonus of coins when it clears. Challenges are time-boxed goals set by an admin: a solo challenge races your own count, while a team challenge pools a whole department's count and pays every member when the target clears. There is one org-wide, year-windowed leaderboard for friendly competition, and coins are redeemed from a reward catalogue.

What the admin configures
From Control Panel, an admin shapes the whole economy without a deploy: tune the coin value of any event for your organisation, add and edit badges and their thresholds, create solo and team challenges with a target and date window, and manage the reward catalogue including opening or closing the store. Redemptions are settled atomically, so coins can never be overspent or double-refunded.
Key takeaways
- Coins reward verified progress, are credited to the doer, and are capped against gaming.
- Levels, badges and solo or team (department) challenges give the coin economy a longer arc.
- Admins tune coin values, badges, challenges and the reward catalogue from Control Panel; the leaderboard is org-wide and year-windowed.
