One update, many effects
Site and design staff should do one thing, log what they did, and let Panzo do the rest. When a person updates a task from the field, that single action fans out to the task percent, the project progress bar, a timesheet entry for the hours worked, and any attached photo or document filed into the project's folders. There is no separate step to update the task, log time and upload a file.
- A progress slider sets how far the task has come. 100% sends it up the reporting chain for a manager to approve, rather than self-completing.
- An Hours field books the time worked that day into the timesheet.

Filing a daily site update
Alongside individual task logs, the site executive files a daily Site Update for the whole site: work done, the plan for tomorrow, manpower by trade, materials, blockers, an overall status and photos. Every picklist behind it, trades, site status, blocker types, comes from a Control Panel master, so you tune the options to how your firm works.

The Daily Progress Report
The Daily Progress Report (DPR) is generated, not filled in. For any chosen date it consolidates the two live sources, the day's task work logs and the site update, into one document. It opens on the most recent day with activity, and the date dropdown lists only days that have work logs or a site update. Switching dates recomputes instantly in the browser, so you never lose your place in the record.

Use Print / PDF to print the report or save it as a PDF. A print rule isolates just the report, so you get a clean end-of-day summary without the app around it, ready to share on WhatsApp or email.
